Important Notice
By using Volantis Ops, you acknowledge that this platform is a planning and management tool only. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable aviation laws, regulations, and obtaining necessary authorizations from FOCA and other authorities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Volantis Ops ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3.2 Weather Information
Weather data provided through the Platform:
- • Is sourced from third-party providers (MeteoSwiss, Open-Meteo)
- • Is provided for informational purposes only
- • May not reflect real-time conditions at your specific flight location
- • Should NOT be the sole basis for flight decisions
- • Users must conduct independent weather assessments before each flight
3.3 SORA and Risk Calculations
SORA ground risk, air risk, contingency volumes, and other calculations:
- • Are based on user-provided inputs and may contain errors
- • Are intended as planning aids, not certified assessments
- • Do NOT constitute official SORA assessments approved by aviation authorities
- • Users are responsible for verifying all calculations independently
3.4 Airspace and Restriction Data
Information about drone restrictions and airspace:
- • Is provided as a reference only
- • May not be complete, current, or accurate
- • Does NOT replace official aeronautical information (AIP, NOTAMs)
- • Users must verify airspace status through official sources before flight
3.5 Equipment and Pilot Data
- • The Platform does not verify accuracy of equipment specifications or license validity
- • Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and current records
- • Expiration alerts are reminders only; users must independently track compliance
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:

6.1 Subscription Plans
Volantis Ops offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6.2 Trial Period
New users may receive a trial period. After the trial expires, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
6.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due upon subscription activation. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volantis Ops, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- • Fraudulent or illegal activity
- • Non-payment (for paid subscriptions)
- • At our discretion with reasonable notice
Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After 90 days, data will be anonymized or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Volantis Ops are owned by Volantis Ops and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Platform without written authorization. Your flight data and content remain your property.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
